At Quore we pride ourselves on a great product experience-a beautiful interface, intuitive design, and a technically cutting edge product. It’s important to us that our customers have the best possible experience with Quore, consistently across any platform. With the many new exciting product updates in the works and ever-increasing technical demands, we’ve decided to stop supporting Internet Explorer versions 9 and below and are encouraging customers to upgrade to a newer version of IE or use an alternate browser.
On January 12, 2016, Microsoft announced it would stop supporting IE7, IE8, and IE9, meaning these versions won’t receive security updates, compatibility fixes, or technical support. Customers who use legacy, insecure browser versions put themselves at risk for security breaches. Likewise, older versions of Internet Explorer have certain technical limitations that degrade the overall web experience of Quore, and time spent debugging for obscure IE bugs means less time making meaningful improvements that benefit all of our customers.
We know taking the time to change or update your browser can seem like a nuisance, but ultimately using newer, secure browsers will save you time and frustration by giving the smoothest, safest, and most reliable experience of Quore.
Here’s what you need to do:
Contact your Brand and/or IT Support to upgrade your hotel’s browser before Nov. 1, 2017. This will help you and your team transition seamlessly for continued reliable use of Quore.
We recommend using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. For the best possible experience using a Microsoft browser, we recommend Microsoft Edge, or the most recent versions of Internet Explorer-IE10 or IE11.
