Quore’s Cleanings and Cleanings Plus apps make it easier than ever to clean more thoroughly and organize their workflow. Cleanings Plus offers flexible breakout boards so housekeepers can keep up with changes in daily tasks. Additionally, housekeepers are able to see exactly what Room Types they have to clean each day so they can better estimate how long it will take them to complete their work.
Keep rooms compliant with brand standards.
Many hotels have their own standards and specific ways they call for rooms to be cleaned. Quore allows housekeeping staff to create custom templates so they know exactly what to do in order to keep all of their work compliant with whatever their hotel’s standards happen to be. Standards are often updated over time. When that happens, templates can easily be adjusted and immediately rolled out to housekeepers so everyone is on the same page about what needs to be done.
Maintain Covid-19 protocols and ensure safety.
Covid-19 changed the way hotels around the world operate and housekeepers were heavily impacted. Quore’s Rooms Book app allows housekeepers and other hotel staff members to easily view and add changes to Room Statuses throughout the day. Room Notices are also visible and actionable for housekeepers within Cleanings Plus. This helps housekeepers prioritize which rooms need to be cleaned first and remove rooms from their boards that no longer require cleaning.
Take the guesswork out of lost and found.
Housekeepers often find forgotten items in rooms and can’t always keep up with who’s looking for what, what’s been claimed, or how long items have been sitting in the lost and found. Quore’s Lost & Found app makes it easy for housekeepers to log items that they’ve found and see what items are missing, as well as how long ago an item was found. All hotel employees have access to this app, so everyone is up-to-date and it’s easier to actually return found items to guests. Members of the housekeeping department also receive a notification when a “Missing Item” has been posted, so they can respond as quickly as possible.
