Quore University turns learning into a game. Employees earn badges, climb leaderboards, and complete certifications, all while mastering the skills that drive their day-to-day success.

“Unlike traditional training platforms, Quore University focuses on specific learning paths designed for each role within a hotel,” Smith said. “Whether someone learns how to organize their day or how to stay on top of preventative maintenance, they’ll discover content that matches their role, with the flexibility to learn at their own pace.”

Beyond skill-building, Quore University keeps hotel teams connected across properties. Mobile access and certification portability let employees carry their learning with them as they move between hotels or properties using Quore.

Built for a Multilingual Workforce

Quore University supports both English and Spanish, giving line-level staff, supervisors, and managers the confidence to train in the language they know best.

“Launching in Spanish alongside English ranked as a top priority for us,” Smith said. “We understand how vital it feels for every hotel staff member, regardless of language, to feel confident using the tools that power their work.”

Pilot Testing and Looking Ahead

More than 600 hotels piloted Quore University, and the feedback speaks volumes.

“The most common comments sound like, ‘I’m learning things I didn’t know Quore could do,’ and ‘I wish I took this training when I started using Quore,’” Smith said. “Those comments confirm that we’re moving in the right direction with this robust LMS.”
