An Open Letter from Quore Founder & CEO Scott Schaedle

Dear Quore Customers,

The word "unprecedented" has been used a lot over the last couple of weeks and unfortunately, it's because it's so true. When I set out to create Quore more than seven years ago, my objective was to positively impact the day to day of every member of a hotel’s staff. I never dreamed there would be a day when hotels had no staff, which is quickly becoming the situation we’re finding ourselves in today.

We’ve heard from many of you already and understand what you’re going through as owners and operators. In the midst of uncertainty like this, in an industry seemingly being impacted more heavily than others, it’s important for us to stick together. In an attempt to be one less thing for you to be concerned about, we’ve come up with a couple of options to help as best we can. Ultimately, what we’re able to offer is:

A 50% discount off of your contracted service fees

-or-

Put a property “on hold” by suspending it at the end of your current invoice period

Hopefully all your properties are able to remain operating and the discount allows them to continue to use Quore. If that’s not the case and you need to pause their use for a period of time, we will save all the hotel’s configuration, data and staff information. When business improves, this will allow the staff to pick right back up without having to go through the setup process again.
