February 18, 2020

  • Have two capital letters in your last name? We made sure that Quore knows how to spell it right. O'Neal, O'Malley, O'Boy—they will now all appear correctly!
  • We added "Do Not Disturb" data to the End of Breakout Report in Cleanings Plus! It's a vital part of the housekeeping department and now it's a vital part of Cleanings Plus reporting.
  • Users were experiencing an issue with Cleaning Records. The issue occurred after changing the frequency of Deep Cleans, causing them to not appear on the Records page. We cleaned it all up—now it's working as expected.
  • Within Budget Settings, we improved the user experience so that your place on the page will be held while you make edits to the General Ledger.

February 13, 2020

  • We released a brand new header bar for an improved navigation experience—and you can click through an in-app tutorial to learn all about it. 
  • The footer has also gotten a facelift to match the header. 
  • All app icons have gotten a refresh—new year, new look! 
  • The name of the Recurring app has changed to Readings to better fit the needs of your daily routine—the change is reflected in all areas of Quore. 
  • New versions of the mobile app for both Android and iOS have been released and include the new app icons and the Readings app name change. 
  • There was an issue with the updated header bar with the way that the mail icon images were being displayed—now, it's ready to go! 
  • The Inspection Report PDF was displaying text that was no longer relevant for items that passed inspection. It has been eliminated!

  • The guestroom number for items that are added to the To Do list as a result of a Failed Inspection is now included on the detail screen.

  • The Primary Management Inspections for above property users are now appearing correctly on the above property dashboard. 
  • We've made additional improvements to the speed and accuracy of the Inventory build process for new hotels. 
  • In the Reports app, we fixed the way that the Connect Text Summary Report pulled data so that you get the right information! 
  • In Inspections, there was an issue preventing users from closing the comment box. All fixed! 
  • The Daily Email report was incorrectly displaying Guestroom Boiler Readings in Fahrenheit instead of Celsius for properties with Celsius as their default, now the email will display the correct temperature scale. 
  • The date picker within the Reports app now shows the correct week numbers. 
  • We fixed an issue in Hotel Setup that was allowing customers to submit their hotel for review before selecting room types for their guestrooms. 
  • There was an issue in Reports that was causing data to not populate correctly if "Select All" was selected—now, it's working as expected.

  • The search bar in the Lost & Found app was not working—now you can search to find whatever you need!

  • When some Inspection items were failed, it wasn't properly triggering the creation of tasks. Now, it's working as expected!

  • PM templates that are owned by "QUORE" have been changed to read "Quore". Sorry for yelling!

  • We fixed a formatting issue that occurred when users tried to print Vendor information within the Directory app.

  • We made an improvement in Connect so that guest requests will send push notifications to the assigned staff member or department as expected. 
  • In the Open Complaints Report, the issue input was being duplicated. We fixed how it was displaying so that you only see it once! 
  • When creating PM templates attached to an Area Type, we've made an update so that you can only select item types present within those areas when setting up your checklist! 
  • There was an issue in the Sales app that occurred when adding Seasonal Rate Tiers, making previously added Seasonal Rate Tiers disappear. It's all fixed now! 
  • For multi-property users, we fixed an issue in the Open Complaints Report so that the user can pull information for all properties, not just their primary one. 
  • We've added a filter to the Building, Life Safety and Mechanical PMs Report to select specific PM templates so that you can get the exact information you need. 
  • Above Property users can now apply a brand-owned PM template as the the primary template for affiliated brand properties within their portfolio.
  • You may have already noticed—our Release Notes page has a new look and location for the new year! All links to the page within our product, website and blog have been updated.

  • Open Inspections are now sorted alphabetically by property if you're a multi-property user.
  • We've improved the speed and accuracy of the Inventory build process for new hotels.
