- Expanded Inspection Step details within the Primary Inspection Report for eligible users.
- Resolved an issue where filtering “Completed by” by multiple employees prevented the All Work Orders Report from running.
- Resolved an issue where some users were logged out of Quore when accessing completed PMs from the Reports app.
- Redirected users to the new Dashboard when attempting to access the old Dashboard.
- Created new Firebase accounts to support a unified notification system for both iOS and Android ahead of the new Native app launch.
- Fixed an issue where a Google Translate header was blocking views within the mobile app.
April 15, 2026
- Added Type filtering for Corporate and Non-Corporate to select Inspection reports, with Type now included in report outputs.
- Introduced the Threshold Pacing Report for Management users, providing access to data shown in the Dashboard At a Glance bar.
- Resolved an issue where the Average Response Time Report failed to load.
- Updated the All Room Notices Report to include Start and End Times, and updated Room Notice links to direct users to the new Rooms Book app.
- Launch the redesigned Dashboard.
- Updated the default Room Notice start time to use the current time instead of the nearest 15-minute interval.
April 8, 2026
- Introduced the Average Guest Satisfaction Report, providing access to the same data shown in the Dashboard Guest Satisfaction wheel previously shown on the Dashboard page.
- Introduced the Primary Inspection Report for eligible Above Property users, providing access to data in the Dashboard Primary Inspection box for Management Companies with a designated primary inspection.
- Launched the Average Response Time Report, providing access to data shown in the Dashboard Response Time graph previously shown on the Dashboard page.
- Introduced the PM Compliance report for Above Property users, providing access to data shown in the Dashboard PM Compliance wheel previously shown on the Dashboard page.
- Enhanced the Completed PM Report to include notes added to a PM outside of a step.
- Enhanced the Property filter in Work Order reports to allow multi-property users to narrow lists by Region, Ownership, and Brand.
- Renamed the existing Average Guest Satisfaction Report to Average Guest Satisfaction By Staff Report.
- Updated “Satisfaction Call” verbiage to “Guest Callback” within the Reports app.
- Added the ability for Quore users to include or exclude Complaints Issues and Resolutions from their lists when running the All Complaints Report.
- Resolved an issue where users could not navigate to the Complaints app from the All Complaints Report when a status filter was applied.
- Corrected a discrepancy between the Completed Inspections table and the Completed Guestroom Inspections detail table in the Completed Inspections Report.
- Updated the PM Step Detail report to display “Action Cleared” instead of “Unknown” when a PM step’s actions have been cleared.
- Resolved an issue where some users were unable to run the PM Step Detail Report.
- Enabled access to item details directly from the User Activity Report.
- Corrected an issue where Notices created in Rooms Book did not appear in the Dashboard Rooms Grid popover.
- Fixed missing translations in the new News app and added an empty state for properties with no News entries.
- Enabled eligible users to attach MP4 files to CapEx requests.
- Enhanced CapEx emails for clarity.
- Fixed an issue where an error message in the Directory app was not translating for localized languages.
March 25, 2026
- Launched the redesigned Documents app.
- Fixed an issue where selecting a frequency in the PMs mobile Overview opened the next screen at the bottom instead of the top.
- Launched the redesigned Rooms Book app.
- Added the ability to view closed Lost & Found items on desktop by filtering for items with a Closed status.
- Updated all Inspections activity rows to display the new, distinct icons for each activity type.
- Updated PM activity UIs to use the new icon set for clearer differentiation of actions.
- Increased the size of content in the Inspections Rooms Grid to improve the user experience.
- Updated all Rooms Grid popover open tickets to display the new, distinct icons for each activity type.
- Made minor visual updates to the News app.
- Relocated links to the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions to the account menu in the global header.
- Updated links throughout Quore to direct users to the new Rooms Book app.
- Fixed an issue where the Google Translate bar blocked part of the header for non-English users on mobile.
- Corrected an issue where certain area codes were not accepted when creating or editing a user.
