February 27, 2025

  • Updated filters on the Inventory Tracker Report.
  • Increased maximum size of Attachments and now allow for MP4 format for Attachment Uploads for Inspections.
  • Updated asterisks to be bolder throughout Inspections so it’s easier on the user to see what’s required.
  • Fixed Open/Closed and Pending Items to populate correctly if filters are left blank for Inspections.
  • Updated the Filters and Details modal to remain open when a user clicks Select All from the drop down for Inspections.
  • Fixed the property name within the Filters modal on Mobile so the search icon no longer overlaps with dropdown selections for Inspections.
  • Removed red error text appearing in Inspections when accessing a template in Safari on iPad.
  • Updated responsiveness of Inspections pages when loading templates.
  • Updated text for editing the Inspection template step to say Edit Step.
  • Fixed an error that prevented users from updating their password in Account Settings on desktop.
  • Modified the save process to allow up to three-digit values for Maximum Credits Per Room Type in Cleanings Plus Board Settings.

    • Fixed options for users to select multiple properties in Filters on Desktop and Mobile.
    • Updated for users to return to the top of the page once a Guestroom Inspection is completed.
    • Fixed the comment box field to return to its original size if a user taps into the field on mobile and taps Done prior to writing a comment.

  • Inspections Beta
    • Updated fields in the PDF report of a completed Inspection.
    • Fixed Inspection steps to not generate Tasks despite showing N/A on PDF reports.
  • Reports
    • Fixed report email links to no longer expire.
    • Updated the filters modal for keywords to remain until the user clears the input.
    • Fixed the formatting for the View Report button within the one-time scheduled report email.
  • Fixed when the user clicks Select All for a drop-down in the Filters and Details modals, the modal will now close and save updates correctly.
  • Fixed the Rooms Grid within Deep Clean Records in Cleanings Plus to load all guestrooms correctly.

    • Updated the Checklist UI to always show the step completion option.
    • Added an animation of a swipe to reveal step completion options when accessing an Inspection.
    • Updated to scroll automatically to the top when navigating back and forth between the Overview page and an Inspection.
    • Fixed inaccurate Due numbers within the Above Property Weekly PM Report.
  • Updated PMS integrations to see Open Tickets, PMS Statuses, and Create New Tickets within the Dashboard Rooms Grid popover.

  • Fixed the differences in the styling of an Inspection comment box across platforms.

    • Fixed Subcategories to copy correctly when duplicating a Category.
    • Updated the Share with GM button for a completed Above Property inspection.
    • Fixed the Update On column header on the Templates to Created On to more accurately label the date shown.
    • Updated photos to be added to failed steps on the Task in To Do.
    • Fixed to see the inspection in Closed Inspections for an Above Property inspection for a General Manager.
    • Updated when a user removes the Subcategory selection for a step, it will be placed below the last un-subcategorized step within the parent Category.
